Recently, my wife mentioned that she’ll make me a home-made Avocado fruit ice cream. She handed to me a list that I have to assemble.

1 kilogram ripe Avocado fruits
1/2 cup condense milk
1 table spoon of white sugar
I was expecting that the next material that my wife will need is the blender or the portable ice cream maker; so I maintained my posture very near to her, ready for quick assistance. But when she works on the fruits quietly with charm I became motionless.

She started cutting cautiously the Avocado fruits into halves avoiding cutting the seeds.
She pulls out the seeds from the fruits
She scrapes the fruit meat into a bowl
She mashed the fruit meat with a spatula
She mix ½ cup of condense milk & 1 tablespoon of sugar as sweetener
She place the mixed ingredients in a rectangular bowl
She places the bowl in freezer;
I didn’t notice that I was seated blankly for 30 minutes when my wife told me to get the ice cream bowl from the freezer. She started to scoop me the only fruit, home-made Avocado ice cream. And when I tasted it, I was fully awakened by the yummy taste of the ice cream!
My wife joins me and we sit back together to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labour.
